S fits most adults and wraps across the back and shoulders. M adds extra coverage and suits most people. L is ideal for broader builds or if you want more length. XL gives full coverage from neck to hips. If you are between sizes, go up — the wrap is designed to be generous, not tight.
Settings 1 and 2 are gentle background warmth — good for long sessions. Settings 3 and 4 are the most commonly used, delivering steady targeted heat. Settings 5 and 6 are deep penetrating heat for intense tension or cold days. You can adjust any time using the controller on the cable.
Yes. The Heated Wrap shuts off automatically after 2 hours. This means it is completely safe to use while dozing on the sofa or in bed. You do not need to remember to switch it off.
Yes. Remove the controller and power lead first, then the cover can go in the washing machine on a cool, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — lay it flat to dry instead. The inner heated layer should be spot cleaned only.
